ph333t Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document:

• "Platform" refers to the ph333t website, mobile-optimized interface, and all gaming services accessible at ph333t.net and its subdomains.
• "Account" refers to a registered player profile created on the ph333t Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Player Funds" refers to real money deposited by a player into their ph333t account balance, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cashable balance awarded by ph333t as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before processing withdrawal requests or at ph333t's discretion during account review.
• "Philippine Gaming Regulations" refers to applicable rules, orders, and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies governing online gaming operations.

Access to and use of the ph333t Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by ph333t.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time you access the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating or operating a ph333t account.
• You have not previously had a ph333t account suspended or permanently closed due to a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or confirmed bonus abuse.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or regulatory, that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. ph333t bears no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players who misrepresent their eligibility status at registration.

To access the real-money gaming features of ph333t, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on ph333t. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or through shared household devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN, or one-time codes with any third party.
• You must notify ph333t support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ph333t will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to protect their credentials or report suspicious activity promptly.
• Account registration is free. ph333t does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.
• ph333t reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

ph333t processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered and verified in your name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits: ph333t accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first processing. Once KYC is confirmed, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and your bank's internal clearing schedules.

• ph333t does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the name on your verified ph333t account.
• ph333t reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual or above standard thresholds.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may, at ph333t's discretion, only be withdrawn to the same method (return-to-source policy).
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation times outside ph333t's control.

ph333t offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus credits — after the applicable wagering requirement has been met — may become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus. Unused bonus credits and associated pending winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared between accounts.
• ph333t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes, exploiting low-risk wagering to meet requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Players who opt to withdraw their deposit before completing the wagering requirement associated with an active bonus will forfeit the bonus and any associated pending winnings.

ph333t offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. Each product category is governed by its own in-game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games and live dealer interactions for live casino products. ph333t does not manipulate game outcomes.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. ph333t cannot reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of documented technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved by the game server based on the last confirmed game state. ph333t is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection events outside its direct control.
• ph333t reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure is confirmed to have affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. ph333t may update these limits at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ph333t Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer tables and sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any such exploit must be reported to ph333t support immediately. Players who exploit discovered errors will have associated winnings voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using the Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward ph333t staff or other players in any live chat, support channel, or community feature.

All content on the ph333t Platform — including but not limited to the ph333t brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of ph333t or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without written authorisation from ph333t.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any Platform software.
• Using the ph333t brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content for commercial purposes.

ph333t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ph333t Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve Platform services. ph333t does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data ph333t holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data where retention is no longer legally required, subject to ph333t's regulatory obligations to retain certain records.
• Requests relating to your personal data should be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph333t's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333t expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements and account security obligations.
• Third-party actions, including unauthorized account access caused by compromise of your own device or credentials.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value during USDT TRC20 transaction processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph333t's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph333t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under ph333t's responsible gaming programme.

Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or terms violation, any remaining verified player funds (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. ph333t reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ph333t support. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within three (3) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ph333t's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts, as applicable.

ph333t operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe a regulatory matter has not been adequately addressed may contact PAGCOR directly through official channels.

ph333t reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph333t will notify registered players via the email address on file and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days following the update.

Your continued use of the ph333t Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via support.
